Huang Liang Precision Enterprise Co., Ltd was founded in 1986. We implement TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 as our quality assurance policy to operate our factory on an international scale. Huang Liang only adopts ROHS compatible materials from leading suppliers. We become an official supplier of KYMCO since 1989, we produce all kind of CNC turning motor parts for customers.

皇亮精密企業股份有限公司成立於西元1986年。我們專注於製造精密車削零件並廣泛應用這些部品在不同的領域上。為了品質政策的實施，皇亮只採用符合RoHS檢驗材料的合格供應商。除此之外，皇亮實行TS16949體系，並陸續通過ISO9001，ISO14001和OHSAS18001等的國際規範。並於1989年成為台灣光陽機車的正式供應商，提供各式各樣的CNC車床加工機車零組件。
